The newly appointed head chef of Alvarium is a MasterChef semi-finalist, no less, so we can’t think of anyone better to design, cook and serve up a seasonal showcase of plant-based food. Places are limited so be sure to put your name down straight away for Wednesday 23 October – tickets are a tasty £30 for the six plates and the event will get underway at 7.30pm. From Adam’s take on French onion soup to an Earl Grey panna cotta pud, think classics with a clever twist.
