By accessing the website or app at https://www.confidentials.com, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site or app. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Confidential Direct ‘s website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not: modify or copy the materials; use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial); attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Confidential Direct ‘s website; remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or transfer the materials to another person or “mirror” the materials on any other server.

In no event shall Confidential Direct or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Confidential Direct ‘s website, even if Confidential Direct or a Confidential Direct authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

The materials appearing on Confidential Direct ‘s website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Confidential Direct does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete or current. Confidential Direct may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice. However Confidential Direct does not make any commitment to update the materials.

Confidential Direct has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Confidential Direct of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user’s own risk.
7. Modifications
Confidential Direct may revise these terms of service for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Manchester, United Kingdom and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.
9. Transaction Fee Terms (app only)
The transaction fee is a non-refundable fee and will not be refunded to you if you require a refund for a voucher after 7 days from the date of purchase, or if another voucher was purchased in the same cart. This excludes vouchers that must be refunded after 7 days of purchase because of a closure of the venue, in this case, you will be refunded the full amount unless a voucher was purchased for another venue in the same cart.
10. Gift It Terms (app only)
Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, returned for cash refund, exchanged or used to purchase any other merchandise once they have been gifted.
11. Cancellation Policy
Voucher purchases can only be cancelled up to 14 days from the date of purchase. Except in the case of closure of a business, or an issue with the venue, before the expiry date of the voucher, in which case we reserve the right to offer an exchange or a refund based on the situation.
12. Expiry Date
Vouchers will be valid until the expiry date and will not be extended by Confidentials in any circumstances. The expiry date can be viewed by clicking on My Purchases (app only) within the Confidentials App and then on the voucher. The expiry date is shown above the QR code.
13. Exchanges (app only)
Vouchers can be exchanged within 28 days of purchase. Vouchers cannot be refunded following an exchange except in the case of the closure of the restaurant. Vouchers that have been purchased with credit cannot be refunded. Vouchers cannot be exchanged more than once. Credit cannot be refunded as cash.
